6. Delivery Confirmation
Once an order is marked as “delivered” by the carrier, Jenlaboutique is not responsible for loss or theft at the delivery location. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
If your shipment arrives damaged or incomplete, report it within 7 days of receipt with clear photos of the package and contents for replacement or credit evaluation.
